Transexuals consider
themselves females who are unlucky enough to be born in the male body.
Most go through
transition to become physically more feminine.
Some are happy to become
passable enough to live their lives as a women without going through full sexy
re-assignment surgery (which takes away their male genitalia and replaces it
with a simulation of female genitalia) while others will continue their
transition to the end.
Generally speaking a pre-op
transexual is a transexual who has not gone through sex re-assiangment surgery
while a post-op transexual is one who has gone through this surgery.
It should be noted that this
surgery is very expensive so it may take a transexual many years to save enough
for it - so while some pre-op transexuals are happy to stay pre-op, others are
just waiting to make enough money to go through the surgery.
